Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• The request must be submitted via the Contact Page on this site
• Refunds are only available if less than 25% of course content has been accessed

If a refund is approved:

• Access to the course will be revoked
• The refund will be processed back to the original payment method
• Refunds are issued in USD (any currency conversion differences or fees are determined by your card provider)

Refunds will not be granted if:

• More than 25% of the course has been completed
• The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The course has been substantially downloaded, consumed, or completed
• The request is based on a change of mind after significant access

This policy is in place to protect both students and the integrity of the course.
